Your Initial Visit

The initial reflexology appointment helps the Practitioner to understand your health history, goals, and needs so she can individualize future sessions for you. After each session the Practitioner will explain the areas of congestion and may recommend any lifestyle, dietary, or supplementation to support the body. Each session is customized to clients needs at that given time. So clients have the freedom to personalize their own sessions. They can either feel free to relax, close their eyes and drift away, or it can be interactive with discussions on a variety of health topics.
