Fatigue
Tired, drained, exhausted, and depressed?
These are symptoms commonly known as Fatigue. Fatigue is a sign that your body is feeling physical or emotional stress. Thinking that it will just go away is a common mistake that everyone makes. Causes are determined by the person, the way they’re dieting, what medications they are on, lack of activity or exercise, or biochemical imbalances.
The first step to living your life to the fullest is yours to make.
Fatigue is unrelenting exhaustion that does not resolve with rest. It develops over time and reduces your energy, motivation, and concentration. Fatigue is often due to lifestyle factors such as: excessive or lack of physical activity, poor diet, poor sleep, certain medications, use of drugs or alcohol.
Fatigue may also be a symptom of an underlying condition, such as: anemia, thyroid disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, fibromyalgia, and traumatic brain injury, to name a few. It is important to discuss unrelenting fatigue with your doctor to determine the root cause.
A balanced diet and regular exercise regimen, as well as regular chiropractic care can help improve your fatigue.
